There really is no right or wrong way to present your blog posts. There are, however, ways to present your blogs that will result in higher conversions, subscriptions, etc. I recently came across a great infographic that demonstrates a format that, in my opinion, represents the perfect blog post.
What is the perfect blog post?
Ideally it would be written in such a manner that it accomplishes all that you set out to achieve by writing it.
It would include effective calls to action and be presented in a format that keeps your readers engaged and provides them with some killer content and real value for taking the time to read it.
Although opinions may differ on whether or not the following infographic truly represents the perfect blog post…
I guess it really comes down to what you are trying to accomplish with your articles.

Hey Adam,
You really laid out the perfect blog post here for people – there are so many people that want to start a blog, but are scared because they think that they may mess something up. I can remember my very first blog, my first blog posts, oh my they were horrible…..but guess what I sharpened my pencil, and made it better every single time.
Now years later I can create a site, have it ranking within weeks and get a good amount of traffic within 30 days. Just like me, everyone starts out, gets better and before they know it, they can be writing the perfect blog post …..
Thank you for the great post!
I really appreciate your comments Robert. I love going back to my older posts and comparing what I did in the beginning to what I do now. It’s amazing how much a person’s writing can evolve if they are willing to work at it a bit each day. It doesn’t happen overnight, but persistence really does pay off in the end.
